Tim Cooper

Tim Cooper is an experienced investor and non-executive director with a strong background in finance and corporate governance. Currently serving as an Investor at Five V Capital since December 2016, Tim is involved in supporting Australia's and New Zealand's leading companies. Tim also holds multiple non-executive director positions with organizations such as Permaconn, BioPak, Mantel Group, Openway Food Co., and previously with Totara Learning and PROBE Group. Prior to these roles, Tim was a Board Observer at Unified Healthcare Group and worked as an Executive at Macquarie Group, focusing on credit-related opportunities. Tim holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws from The Australian National University and completed an exchange program at Università Bocconi. Early education was completed at Eton College.
