Karolis Vaitkus is a seasoned technologist with extensive experience in the food industry, currently working at UAB MANTINGA since August 2019. Previous roles include positions at KEDAINIU KONSERVU FABRIKAS, ŽŪB "Ekologinės žemdirbystės fondas," Kauno grūdai AB, and BIOVELA Group, where expertise ranged from production management to developing poultry, marinated products, and canned food. Karolis holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas and a Master’s degree in Meat Chemical Engineering from Lietuvos Sveikatos Mokslų Universitetas, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry Technology from Lietuvos Veterinarijos Akademija.
