Mantas Agentas has a rich and diverse work experience. Mantas began their career as an intern at UAB MANTINGA in 2011, followed by an internship at Ernst & Young in 2012. Mantas then served as a member of the Board at Vilnius University Students' Investment Fund from 2011 to 2012. Mantas continued to gain experience at UAB MANTINGA as a Project Manager from 2013 to 2015 and as a Director at UAB Šviežia stotelė from 2015 to 2016. Mantas then joined MANTINGA in 2016 and held various positions, including Member of the Board & Deputy General Manager, CEO, and currently serves as the Group CEO. Mantas is also a Member of YPO and holds the role of Chairman of the Board at 12eat since 2023.

Mantas Agentas has a diverse educational background. Mantas started their education in 2002 at Marijampolės Rygiškių Jono gimnazija, where they completed their secondary education and obtained their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates in 2010. Subsequently, they attended Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics from 2010 to 2014. In 2012, Mantas attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for their summer school program, where they completed courses in Business Analysis and Valuation during the First Session and Corporate and Organisational Strategy in the Second Session. Finally, they continued their education at Kaunas University of Technology, earning a Master's degree in International Business from 2015 to 2017.
