The Operations Specialist, Contracting is a key member of the sales operations team supporting data management, contract execution, customer reporting and communicating with outside parties to gather customer information. We’re looking for a highly organized and efficient professional who can wear multiple hats throughout the workday while prioritizing the most important tasks on his or  her list. This person will work closely with the sales, operations, and pricing teams to ensure the integrity of the system data. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, professional attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Communicating with suppliers to gather customer information and maintain company database to reflect customer’s status.
  • Executing and managing contracts on behalf of Mantis innovation and our client base.
  • Working alongside finance to ensure accuracy of commissions to sales staff.
  • Performing data entry duties regarding account information, metrics, sales figures and other key data.
  • Processing account information, customer information, and a variety of other forms of documents
  • Identifying inconsistencies by reviewing data for errors using standard data entry procedure.
  • Maintaining the integrity of the information in the company’s database.
  • Identify workflow/system improvements and work with supervisor and operations team to enact change.
  • Managing internal sales reps accounts by providing troubleshooting assistance for system errors, account statuses, and other problems.
  • Assisting in furthering company’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Excel
