Ronald Kappesser

Ronald Kappesser is a skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in designing innovative solutions across various industries. Currently serving as a Staff Mechanical Engineer at Mantle since October 2022, Ronald focuses on designing components for metal 3D printers and leading the redesign of sintering furnaces. Previously, Ronald held the position of Principal Engineer at Fellow, where work included designing consumer products for mass production and collaborating with overseas manufacturers to ensure quality. As a Staff Mechanical Engineer at Bellwether Coffee, Ronald contributed to the development of advanced coffee roasting equipment, engaging in the design of various component types and thermal systems. Earlier roles include Mechanical Engineer at BARRIER SYSTEMS INC, where Ronald designed barrier transfer machines and hydraulic systems, and at Bazell Technologies, where design responsibilities included centrifuge-based coolant cleaning systems. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
