Ravi N. Shah

Ravi N. Shah, MD, MBA has a long and varied work experience. In 2006, they began their career as an Investment Associate at Bridgewater Associates. Ravi N. then worked as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company in 2011. In 2012, they joined Columbia University Irving Medical Center as a Resident Physician and was later promoted to Assistant Professor of Psychiatry, Chief Innovation Officer, and Medical Director of the Psychiatry Faculty Practice. In 2014, they became a Representative to the American Medical Association House of Delegates, Fellow, and Member of the Finance and Budget Committee and Board of Trustees at the American Psychiatric Association. In 2016, they became a Clinical Advisor and Investor at Two Chairs. In 2021, they joined Legion Health as an Investor and in 2022, they became Chief Medical Officer at Geode Health. Additionally, they have been Co-Founder and Medical Advisor at Mantra Health since 2018.

Ravi N. Shah, MD, MBA obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School in 2012, their Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 2012, and their A.B. from Princeton University in 2006. In 2016, they obtained Board-Certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc.
