MariClare Osborn has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. MariClare is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Manufacturing Technology, INC. (MTI), a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, MariClare served as the Director of Human Resources at Manufacturing Technology, Inc. from 2017 to 2023. MariClare also held the same role at Nyloncraft, Inc. from 2014 to 2016. Earlier in their career, MariClare worked at Nyloncraft, Inc. as a Manager and Specialist in Human Resources from 2007 to 2014. Before transitioning into human resources, MariClare worked at the Girl Scouts of the USA, where they managed experiential learning travel opportunities and girl program partnerships. MariClare also has experience as a science teacher at St. Joseph's High School, where they taught biology, chemistry, and advanced environmental science.

MariClare Osborn completed their B.A. in Biology and Philosophy at Lake Forest College from 1993 to 1997. MariClare then pursued their MS in Human Resources Development at Villanova University from 2011 to 2013.
