Emma C. has extensive experience in communications and employee engagement, currently serving as the Director of Global Winning Team & Culture Communications at Manulife since January 2018. In this role, Emma has successfully managed an employee recognition program, supported leadership with internal communications, authored blog series, organized strategic forums, and launched a speaker series. Previous positions at Manulife include Communications Manager and Marketing and Communications Analyst, where Emma developed internal communication strategies and facilitated professional development sessions. Prior to Manulife, Emma held roles at BlackBerry in Sales Operations, contributing to customer training and engagement programs.
