Novita Rumngangun

Novita Rumngangun currently serves as Director and Chief Marketing Officer at Manulife Indonesia since November 2013, overseeing comprehensive marketing and communication functions to enhance brand awareness and corporate communications. Previously, Novita held the position of Director at PT MNC Life Assurance from November 2010 to May 2013, where significant contributions were made to business operations and marketing integration. Novita's earlier roles include Head of Marketing and Head of Corporate Marketing & Communications at PT Avrist Assurance, as well as various marketing leadership positions at John Hancock Indonesia and PT Astra CMG Life. Novita holds a Master's Degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Queensland, along with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universitas Jayabaya.
