Tina Bailey

Tina Bailey is an experienced professional in the field of training and development, currently serving as the Director of Distribution Enablement Training and Development Team at Manulife since August 2012. Tina promotes a value-driven culture that fosters lifelong learning and is responsible for the creation, implementation, and enhancement of sales enablement training efforts for Manulife's sales teams. Previous roles include Manager of the Sales Design and Development Team and Senior Instructional Designer, where Tina focused on instructional design and training solutions for leaders within Retail and Consumer Markets. Additionally, Tina has demonstrated expertise as a Part-time Instructor at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies, teaching foundational courses in instructional design. Tina's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Waterloo and ongoing studies in Adult Education at Brock University.
