Michael K. Manzo is an experienced real estate professional with over two decades in the industry. Currently serving as the Managing Partner and President of Manzo Freeman Development since March 2020, Michael also holds the position of Managing Partner at The Manzo Company, LLC, which focuses on acquiring and developing middle-market real estate assets in New England. Prior to these roles, Michael co-founded Entegra Development & Investment, where the focus was on environmentally sustainable properties, and served as Chief Investment Officer. Early career experience includes a financial analyst role at AD Makepeace Company, where expertise in financial analysis for development projects was gained, as well as an associate position at Fleet Bank. Michael holds an MBA in General Management & Finance from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Business Economics from Brown University.
