Maoye International Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in the operation of department stores. The Company operates through three segments. The Operation of Department Stores segment is engaged in concessionaire sales, the direct sales of merchandise and the leasing of commercial properties for the operation of department stores to third parties. The Property Development segment is mainly engaged in the development and sales of commercial and residential properties, as well as the leasing of commercial properties other than for the operation of department stores to third parties. The Others segment is mainly engaged in the operation of hotels, the provision of ancillary services and the provision of advertizing services.
