Lily Bell is a highly experienced technology and science professional currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Map Impact and Senior Earth Observation Scientist for The Scottish Government. In addition to these roles, Lily acts as an Independent Board Member for the Scottish Archaeological Finds Allocation Panel and mentors budding entrepreneurs at the Climate Entrepreneurs Club and young professionals in the space industry through the Space Generation Advisory Council. As a Startup Adviser and Domain Expert at Carbon13, Lily offers guidance to Climate Tech Startups on Machine Learning and Supply Chain Transparency.
