Alexandra Heaton

Alexandra Heaton is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Mapbox since October 2022, Alexandra previously held the same title at Qlik from August 2013 to October 2022, providing consultancy to senior business leaders and developing people strategies aligned with corporate goals. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resource Generalist at UHS from May 2008 to August 2013, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, compliance, and recruitment efforts for numerous healthcare facilities. Alexandra's early career featured positions as a Benefits Administrator and Human Resource Coordinator at Interbay Funding and a Recruiter/Interviewer at Paramount's Kings Dominion. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Randolph-Macon College.
