Javier Marcos Delgado has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Javier is the CEO and Co-Founder of MAPIT IoT since 2016, where they have transformed the way motorcyclists enjoy their bikes by providing connectivity solutions. Javier is also an Advisor and Co-Founder of Bûmerang, a company focused on reusable packaging for takeaway and delivery, since 2020. Additionally, Javier serves as an Advisor and Investor at Väcka, a company that develops vegan alternatives to cheese using innovative technology. Prior to these ventures, they founded and led Xifring, a technology and business consultancy company specialized in deploying high-value solutions, with a focus on IoT products design. Javier has also served as an Information Systems Director at Faura-Casas from 2002 to 2005.
Javier Marcos Delgado pursued their education at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. From 1994 to 2000, they obtained a degree in Ingenieria Informatica (Computer Engineering) from the institution. Later, in 2001, they completed a Postgrado (Postgraduate) program in Desarrollo de aplicaciones sobre Internet (Development of Internet applications) at the same university.
