Ajay Singh

Ajay Singh is an experienced professional in investment and asset management, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Mapletree since October 2016. Prior to this role, Ajay contributed to real estate investment management at Shapoorji Pallonji Investment Advisors from December 2014 to October 2016, and held a position in investment banking focused on real estate and infrastructure at Avendus Capital from April 2010 to December 2014. Earlier career experience includes business development at Viral Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and real estate investment management at Lehman Brothers. Ajay holds an MBA from London Business School and dual degrees in Aerospace Engineering (B.Tech and M.Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
