Khairul Abdullah

Khairul Abdullah, CAIA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Director at ALDAR since 2022, focusing on corporate finance, capital investments, and financial planning and analysis. In addition, Khairul holds a position as a Board Member on the Board Audit Committee at Aldar Hospitality since March 2023. Previously, Khairul was Vice President at Mapletree from 2018 to 2021, specializing in real estate investments and business development in Europe and the USA. Earlier roles include Senior Associate at Arcapita, Associate at AEP Investment Management Pte Ltd, and Research Assistant at the Department of Real Estate. Khairul began career as an Emergency Medical Technician with the Singapore Civil Defence Force. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Urban Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, both from the National University of Singapore.
