Rachel Leah is an accomplished human resource executive with extensive experience leading HR strategies in various sectors, including retail, real estate, and hospitality. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the US Region at Mapletree, Rachel previously held the position of Director HRBP Digital and Customer at Macy's, where responsibilities included enhancing culture, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Prior roles include Vice President of Culture & People at The Howard Hughes Corporation and HR Director at Macy's, focusing on employee engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and change management.
