Wu Long Peng

Mr. Wu Long Peng is an Independent Non-Executive Director and a Member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Manager.

Mr. Wu was previously the Executive Director of Kuok (Singapore) Limited until 2017 and has more than 30 years of experience in finance and corporate affairs in various industries. Mr. Wu is a Non-Executive Director of K2 Strategic Pte. Ltd. Abroad in the United Kingdom, he is a Non-Executive Director of Gamma Communications PLC (a company listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM)). Mr. Wu is also a Non-Executive Director of Epsilon Telecommunications Limited and certain other Epsilon group of companies.

Mr. Wu is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom, and a Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
