Mark Sylvester

Mark Sylvester has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, starting as an intern at McNeil Consumer Healthcare and SmithKline Beecham. Mark then moved on to AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, where they worked as a Senior Scientist for nearly two decades. After that, they joined Entasis Therapeutics as a Senior Scientist and later became a Principal Scientist. Currently, Mark is at MapLight Therapeutics, Inc., where they hold the position of Director Of Chemistry, eventually progressing to the role of Senior Director of Chemistry.

Mark Sylvester obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Pennsylvania State University from 1992 to 1997.
