Alex Lloyd is an experienced Operations Manager with a robust background in managing technical services and contract management for mixed-use commercial schemes. Currently at MAPP since June 2022, Alex oversees the transition of services while coordinating closely with development partners and subcontractors for residential projects. Previously, at PM+U from March 2020 to June 2022, responsibilities included ensuring safe operations and managing service charge costs for a large community mall and office buildings. Earlier roles at Debenhams involved significant management of food services and compliance, along with leadership training in various retail environments. Alex holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from Royal Holloway, University of London, completed in 2017.

Since the day we got going in 1998 we knew things needed shaking up in the world of property management. Unlike most of our competitors, we kept our focus narrow and decided that this is all we would do. You see generalists are good but specialists are better. It seemed to work and we now manage over £30bn worth of commercial property up and down the land, looking after over 8,000 occupiers on behalf of our clients which include Funds, REITS, Trusts and Investment Managers backed by Private Equity.
