Nigel Mapp is the Founder and Chairman as well as the Chief Executive Officer of MAPP, a leading UK Real Estate advisory firm managing over £14 billion in commercial property. With extensive experience in real estate, Mapp has collaborated with major UK Real Estate Funds, REITs, Investment Managers, and Asian investors to deliver various real estate strategies. Additionally, Mapp serves as a Board Trustee for Oasis Charitable Trust and L'Arche UK, and as Chair of the Board of Trustees for THE MAPP FOUNDATION. Mapp also previously held the position of Chair of the Board of Trustees for Resurgo, a charitable organization focused on assisting disadvantaged young people. Prior experience includes working as Associate Director at Briant Champion Long. Mapp holds a degree in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University.

We are MAPP … we are an adventurous, curious and outward-looking team of around 600+ people who are on a mission to do something a little bit special together. Since the day we got going in 1998 we knew things needed shaking up in the world of property management. So we got stuck in with a heavy emphasis on being curious and finding out exactly what our clients really needed and then focused everything on delivering a tailored service that was best in sector. Unlike most of our competitors, we kept our focus narrow and decided that this is all we would do. You see generalists are good but specialists are better. It seemed to work and we now manage over £30bn worth of commercial property up and down the land, looking after over 8,000 occupiers on behalf of our clients which include Funds, REITS, Trusts and Investment Managers backed by Private Equity.
