Rudy Maldonado serves as a Community Engagement Associate at the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) since February 2018, where responsibilities include leading the design and coordination of volunteer systems with an emphasis on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, as well as founding the "Healing from Inside" program to support incarcerated individuals through donated publications. Additionally, Rudy holds the position of Owner/Designer at Found n Found since September 2019, focusing on reclaiming and repurposing storied wood into handmade custom jewelry and luxury bow ties while donating 5% of each purchase to support indigenous communities.
