Anna Broberg

Co-founder & COO at Maptionnaire

Anna Broberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and project management, currently serving as COO and co-founder at Maptionnaire by Mapita Oy since March 2011. In this role, Anna has focused on creating functional and user-friendly mobile mapping systems while analyzing geographical data. Prior to this, Anna was a PhD candidate and researcher at Aalto University from March 2007 to August 2016, conducting studies on children's mobility and urban environments. Earlier work experience includes project management at Espoon Partiotuki ry, overseeing a large scout camp, and a part-time role at Affecto, where GIS was utilized to support agricultural subsidies. Anna holds a Doctor of Science in Land-use Planning and Transportation Engineering from Aalto University and a Master’s Degree in Planning Geography from the University of Helsinki.
