Sharad Patel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instrumentation and control systems, currently serving as a Senior Engineer for I&C/DCS Maintenance at Marafiq since November 2013, where responsibilities include area supervision of I&C/DCS maintenance for 2x275 MW STG/Boiler and working with MARK V and Yokogawa DCS systems. Prior to Marafiq, Sharad held the position of Assistant Manager at UltraTech Cement from August 2005 to October 2013, and worked as an Assistant Engineer in Utility at Reliance Industries Limited from March 2004 to July 2005 within the textile industry. Sharad began a career in engineering as a Biomedical Engineer at Medilink International from August 2003 to March 2004, focusing on installation and product development of biomedical instruments. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology from L.D. College of Engineering (1999-2003) and a Higher Secondary School Certificate from C U Shah High Sec School Ahmedabad (1997-1999).
