Nirav Vakharia

Nirav Vakharia serves as Chief Health Officer at Marathon Health since August 2024, focusing on population health strategy across an advanced primary care network serving over 3 million lives in 42 states. Since August 2012, Nirav has been a Primary Care Physician and President of the Cleveland Clinic Medicare Accountable Care Organization, managing a 5,000-member network for 100,000 Medicare beneficiaries. Previous roles include Associate Chief of Value Based Operations, where revenue was increased by 65% and ED utilization reduced by 10%, and Vice Chairman of Population Health. As Chief Medical Officer at Panoramic Health from January 2023 to August 2024, Nirav oversaw clinical operations for an 800+ provider network. Additional experience includes roles at eMed Healthcare UK and Partners HealthCare International. Nirav holds an M.D. from Harvard Medical School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
