Erik Ysea has extensive experience in customer service, marketing, and project management. Currently serving as a Concierge at March And Ash since April 2022, Erik creates a welcoming environment for diverse patrons and collaborates with the social media team on strategic initiatives. Previously, Erik held roles as Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Coordinator at CMW Media from April 2019 to August 2021, overseeing client communications and campaign development. Co-founding Undertone Records from October 2016 to January 2020, Erik managed projects and talent development. Additional experience includes positions at Whole Foods Market and the San Diego Center for Children, and a foundational background in communication, culminating in a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona in 2022.
