Arthur Malavasic

Arthur Malavasic is an experienced professional with a strong background in product support and client services, currently serving as a Senior Product Support Engineer at Marchex since 2008. Throughout the years at Marchex, Arthur has held multiple roles including Sales Engineer, Product Support Specialist II, Technical Client Service Lead for Call Analytics, and positions within Client Services. Prior experience includes serving as a Training Coordinator at ICT Group from 2003 to 2007 and as a Center Trainer at APAC from 2000 to 2003. Arthur holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Photographic Technology from Herkimer County Community College, obtained between 1997 and 1999.
