Toshinori ("Tosh") Arita's work experience includes being the Chief Executive Officer at MarcomCentral since June 2022. Before that, they served as the Head of Digital Service Business at Ricoh Graphic Communications from April 2021. Prior to that role, they were the President & CEO of Ricoh Innovations Corporation from May 2018 to April 2021 and the Senior Vice President at Ricoh Innovations Corp. from October 2016 to April 2018. Tosh also held the position of Managing Director at TechAccel Ventures, LLC from March 2016 to March 2017. Toshinori ("Tosh") worked at RICOH Company Limited, serving as the General Manager of the Open Innovation Office and New Business Development Div from April 2014 to March 2017, the Deputy General Manager of the Smart Vision Dept. from October 2013 to September 2016, and the Senior Manager of the Planning & Incubation office from September 2011 to October 2013. Before joining RICOH, Tosh was the Head of Strategic Venturing group at Honda Motor from October 2001 to June 2011. Toshinori ("Tosh") started their career as an Analyst at Fuji Bank from March 1993 to May 1997 and also gained experience at JP Morgan as an Associate from July 1998 to January 2000 and as a Banker from January 2000 to October 2000.
Toshinori ("Tosh") Arita earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics from Chuo University, where they studied from 1988 to 1993. Afterward, Tosh pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 1996 to 1998.
