Phil Mause

Phil Mause has extensive experience in commercial leadership, currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Marcone Supply since 2025. Previously, Phil held the position of Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts & Services at RB Global Inc. from January 2024 to January 2025 and served as Managing Director at both SmartEquip and Rouse Services, LLC from 2023 to 2025 and 2010 to 2025, respectively. At Rouse Services, the focus was on delivering actionable market insights to equipment rental companies. Earlier roles include an Associate position at Blue Ridge Partners, where Phil contributed to strategic advisory services, and at Fannie Mae. Phil holds a B.A. in Political Economy from Georgetown University, obtained in 2006.
