Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Analyst at Marcura since December 2021, Elitsa previously held various roles at Experian from August 2013 to March 2020, including General Presales Consultant and Fraud Prevention & Identity Services Analyst. Elitsa's career began at VIVACOM, where responsibilities included Senior Specialist Debt Recovery and collections management from October 2006 to August 2013, after working as an Installments Matching Officer at Jet Finance International in early 2006. Elitsa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Tehnical University Sofia and has completed additional training through Great Demo! and Dale Carnegie Training.
