Prior roles at Marcura include SVP of Customer Success and Growth, where Emma enhanced customer journey management for SaaS platforms, and Key Account Manager, emphasizing B2B customer retention. Previous experience includes Regional Customer Manager at DA-Desk FZ-LLC, various positions at GSK specializing in process improvements, and extensive tenure at Cargill, where Emma optimized procurement processes and led teams in vessel operations. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Maths and French from The University of Manchester.
