Previously, Rico held positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from June 2011 to December 2022, including Senior Client Service Account Manager and Trade Support Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed servicing key NBFI clients and managing client portfolios. Early career experience includes roles at National Instruments and JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Client Service Representative. Rico holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics, Control, and Robotics from Bournemouth University, completed in 2011.
