Bill Fenn has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Bill most recently served as Senior Vice President at Marcus Partners, where they were responsible for acquisitions and asset management of a diverse portfolio of properties along the east coast. Prior to that, they were Vice President and Regional Asset Manager at New Boston Fund, overseeing the performance of a $400 million portfolio of assets in the Northeast and Midwest. Bill also held positions at Leggat McCall Properties, J.E. Robert Companies, and Chase Manhattan Corporation/Consolidated Asset Recovery Corp.
Bill Fenn attended Hopkins School from an unknown start year until 1982. Bill then went on to Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where they completed their BA degree in an undisclosed field of study in 1986.
