Prior to this, Jim held various roles such as Vice President of Operations and Operations Manager at Imperial Lithographing from March 2005 to April 2017. With a background in Printing and Publishing from Milwaukee Area Technical College, Jim has extensive experience in the industry, spanning from pressman to pressroom manager at Sells Printing Company LLC from 1986 to 2005.
