Jaap Keeren

Jaap Keeren has over a decade of work experience in recruitment and talent sourcing. Jaap started their career at Nutricia in 2010 as a Corporate Recruiter, where they were responsible for fulfilling all open positions in Cuijk. Jaap then moved on to work at Wärtsilä as a Corporate Recruiter, where they co-built and continued the recruitment department, fulfilling open positions in Drunen and Schiedam. Following this, they worked at Adecco as a Corporate Recruiter on various RPO projects for different companies. In 2014, they joined NXP Semiconductors as a Corporate Recruiter, where they co-built the international recruitment department and fulfilled open positions in Eindhoven, Nijmegen, and Leuven. Jaap then worked as a Recruiter/Talent Sourcer at Decom Technology People, responsible for fulfilling complex technical vacancies. In 2017, they were a Recruitment Consultant at Habilis, where they sourced and interviewed candidates for Protix, a rapidly growing company in the insect industry. In 2019, they worked at Comfort Partners as a Technical Talent Sourcer and joined Punch Powertrain, where they served in the same role until 2019. Currently, they are employed at Marel as the Global Talent Acquisition - Sourcing Lead, focused on providing software, machinery, and solutions to the food processing industry.

Jaap Keeren has a diverse education history. In 2009, they completed a Post HBO program in Recruitment Business Partner at Avans Plus. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Avans University of Applied Sciences in 2004. In 2000, they completed their Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO) in Electrical Engineering - Automation at ROC Ter AA - Technical. Additionally, Jaap has obtained several certifications, including SEU uitzendmedewerker ABU-CAO / Basisopleiding Intercedent from Stichting Examens Uitzendbranche in 2015, VIL-VCU from PlusPort B.V. in 2015, and Black Belt in Internet Recruitment from Social Talent in 2014.
