Ketill Berg Magnússon

Ketill Berg Magnússon is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Regional Director of HR for Marel in North Europe, where the focus is on transforming food processing sustainably and affordably. With extensive experience in HR management, Ketill has previously held the position of HR Manager at Marel Iceland and VP of Human Capital at Siminn, overseeing HR strategies across multiple business units. In addition to corporate roles, Ketill is a lecturer in Business Ethics and Sustainability at Reykjavík University and has founded Reykjavik Viking Adventure, enhancing tourism through innovative activities. Past leadership includes managing operations at Festa - Center for Sustainability, providing consultancy on HR and management, and engaging with various stakeholders during strategic projects.
