Leonardo Martins

Leonardo Martins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing engineering and industrial maintenance, currently serving as the Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Maintenance Manager at Marelli since August 2018. In this role, Leonardo manages a team of approximately 50 individuals, overseeing the maintenance operations for various machinery, including casting machines, plastic injectors, and assembly robots, as well as facilities and utilities management. Previously, Leonardo worked at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as an Analyst in World Class Manufacturing from December 2015 to August 2018, leading cost reduction projects, and held the position of Maintenance Specialist at Comau from November 2007 to December 2015, where contributions were made to the implementation of World Class Manufacturing methodologies across LATAM. Leonardo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from PUC Minas, earned between 2004 and 2008.
