Brittany Starek

Brittany Starek has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Brittany currently works at MarginEdge as a Business Development - Senior Associate, where they assist restaurants in managing their prime costs and integrating invoice processing with POS and accounting systems. Prior to that, they worked at matchbox food group, starting as a Manager and then progressing to the role of General Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing financial and operational aspects of a large location, managing a team of managers and chefs, and achieving financial goals.
