Karena Lee Ms

Karena Lee MS, LCADC is an experienced professional in the fields of addiction counseling and mental health therapy. Currently serving as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor at Marian House since October 2024, Karena conducts assessments, diagnoses clients, develops treatment plans, and provides individual counseling. Previous roles include Mental Health Therapist at CONGRUENT COUNSELING SERVICES and Gaudenzia, where responsibilities encompassed assessments, therapy, and treatment plan development. As Program Director at Gaudenzia, leadership and operational oversight were provided for program staff. Additional experience includes consulting and supervision roles at Aspire Behavioral Connections and clinical management at MedMark Treatment Centers. Karena holds several degrees from the University of Baltimore and Coppin State University, including a Master's in Graduate Addiction Counseling and a Master of Science in Human Service Administration.
