Dr. Daniel Yar (PhD) serves as a Board Advisor for the Marie Curie Alumni Association in Sweden and has held multiple leadership roles, including founding the Swedish Chapter and chairing the association since March 2019. At the University of Borås, Dr. Yar has been instrumental as Project Director of the Data-Driven Service Innovation initiative and as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Technology, focusing on research in sustainable IT and entrepreneurship. In addition to academic roles, Dr. Yar is involved with various organizations, including serving as Chairman of the Board at Per Schürer AB and Forsta AB, and holding advisory positions that emphasize sustainable governance and organizational risk management. Dr. Yar has a robust educational background, including postdoctoral research in Corporate Governance and a PhD in Innovation Sciences, and actively contributes to scholarly and practical discourses in corporate governance and data-driven innovation across several platforms.

Marie Curie Alumni Association
The Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA) is an association of researchers who have benefitted or are benefiting from a Marie Curie Action (recently renamed “Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions” under the “Excellent Science” pillar of EU’s Horizon 2020 Programme for Research). Researchers on the verge of working on a Marie Curie project are also eligible to join. The main objective of the association is to provide its members with a space where they can share experiences and interests. Membership of the MCAA is open to past and current beneficiaries of the European Commission’s successive Marie Curie Actions (and earlier programmes) encouraging international mobility for researchers at: https://www.mariecuriealumni.eu/user/register
