Mika Ihamuotila

Mika Ihamuotila is the Chairman of the Board at Marimekko. Mika has previously served as the President & CEO of Sampo Bank, a leading banking group in Finland and in the Baltics, and as a Board member of the European Banking Federation. Mika has also held positions at Invesdor, Musopia, Fifth Corner Inc., Rovio Entertainment Corporation, and Sanoma.

Mika Ihamuotila has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics, Finance from Aalto University, and a Leadership Program 2005 (Executive Education) from Harvard Business School. Mika also has an Exchange Graduate student at the Master of International Business Program from University of South Carolina and a Board of Directors Program (Executive Education) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Lastly, they have an Executive Program (EP) from Singularity University.
