Mark Kasraie is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager - Construction at Marin Water, Mark oversees a team of nine engineers and manages a $1 million operations budget. Prior to this role, Mark worked at the City of Santa Rosa as a Supervising Engineer, where supervision of a capital projects team included specialized work on water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. Mark's engineering career began with roles at HydroScience Engineers and a Hydrology Internship at Kasraie Consulting, complemented by a foundational position as a Lab Assistant at Humboldt State University. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Resources Engineering from Humboldt State University.
