Zachary Talbott, PE, is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as an Associate Engineer at Marin Water since October 2017. In this role, Zachary leads project engineering efforts on various pipeline, tank rehabilitation, and pump station projects, handling duties such as hydraulic modeling, authoring contract specifications, and preparing reports for the Marin Water Board of Directors. Prior to this position, Zachary worked as a Supervisory Civil Engineer and Civil Engineer at the United States Army Corps of Engineers, where responsibilities included facility management, project planning, and overseeing construction compliance. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained in 2012.
