Osvaldo Cordero has a strong background in human resources, with over 15 years of experience in the field. Osvaldo began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Kelly Services in 2005, providing support in various HR functions. In 2006, they joined PPD as an HRIS Assistant and gradually advanced to roles such as HR Associate, HR Representative, HR Recruitment Specialist, and HR Analyst. During their time at PPD, Osvaldo gained experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR analytics. In 2013, they joined Marine Corps Community Services as a Supervisory HR Specialist, where they oversaw the HR operations for a civilian workforce of over 600 employees. Osvaldo was later promoted to Deputy HR Director, responsible for strategic workforce planning and advising senior executives on human resource programs. In 2023, Osvaldo assumed the role of Deputy Director of Human Resources at Marine Corps Community Services.

Osvaldo Cordero earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2005. In addition, they pursued Business Administration and Management studies at North Carolina Wesleyan University from 2001 to 2002. Osvaldo also obtained a PHR certification from the Human Resource Society in June 2012.
