As head of options, Brett serves as lead portfolio manager for the firm’s option strategies and also directs option trading.
He was previously president and chief investment officer of 440 Investment Group, an asset management firm that specialized in option investments. 440 was acquired by Mariner Wealth Advisors in 2018. Prior to joining 440, Brett worked at Protiviti as an internal audit and risk management consultant.
Brett has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting and finance from Pittsburgh State University and an MBA degree with a concentration in finance from the University of Kansas. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the Kansas City Society of Financial Analysts.
