Cheryl Bicknell

As chief operating officer and chief strategy officer, Cheryl supports the CEO with developing, communicating and executing on strategic initiatives. She leads the execution of organizational vision and oversees strategies developed by key leaders.

Cheryl works to ensure that decisions made regarding potential opportunities align with the firm’s strategy and create the desired results. She is a member of the firm’s five-person executive committee and is charged with the legal and regulatory oversight of the firm as well as leading all acquisitions.

At the firm, Cheryl has also held the positions of chief of staff and chief compliance officer.

She has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. She also has an LLM degree in taxation from the University of San Diego.
