Paul has over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Mariner Wealth Advisors, was the founder and CIO of Barley Mill Asset Management. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president and CIO at America Guaranty & Trust Company, guiding macro asset allocation and specific investment selection. Before his time at America Guaranty & Trust, Paul was a supply officer on board the USS Clark FFG-11 during his tour duty in the US Navy.
