Lauren Pitts

Lauren Pitts possesses extensive experience in nursing and healthcare navigation. Currently serving as the High Risk & Genetics Nurse Navigator at MarinHealth since August 2018, Lauren launched a Point of Care High Risk Screening and Genetic Testing Program, identifying high-risk patients for specialized care. Previous roles include Survivorship Nurse Coordinator and Breast Health Nurse Navigator at Marin Health, as well as Lactation Consultant at Sutter Health. Lauren has also held positions as a Registered Nurse in various labor and delivery settings, including Marin Specialty Surgery and Kaiser Permanente. Earlier experience includes working as an Emergency Room Technician at Sparrow Health System and an Associate Marketing Manager at Gap Inc. Lauren holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Mount St. Joseph University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of California, Davis.
