Emily Solley

Emily S. is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Maritz since July 2023, where responsibilities include legal advising and commercial contracting for software, services, and procurement. Prior to this role, Emily held the position of In-House Counsel at Glue, contributing to revenue growth and legal operations as the first full-time attorney in an early-stage startup. Previous experience includes legal internships and externships with U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, Morrison Law, and Truist, among others, along with experience as a Code Editor at Municode and as a Copy Writer and Content Intern at Red Spot Interactive. Emily holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Florida State University.
